Of course, your recipe still belongs to you! We just want to give you a place to show it off. There are specific directions below for each segment if you need them.

There is a drop down menu in the Food Category segment that will help us know were to place the recipe.
There is also a drop down menu in the Ease of Preparation segment. Granted, one person's easy is another person's difficult, but go ahead and select one.
The List of Ingredients should include "quantity" (3 eggs), "unit of measurement" (1 cup) and the "ingredient" itself, preferably in order of use.
In the Directions segment give stepwise instructions on how to assemble the dish, mention oven time and temperature, need for refrigeration, storage conditions, number of servings, how long it will keep, etc.
In the Hints, Tips and Variations segment, discuss what you like to serve with the dish, how you can substitute one ingredient for another, or how you can save time and/or money or how you can make the dish go farther.
In the Good Gooks Tell All segment, tell the world why this is one of your favorite recipes. Share your story or memories that make this recipe special to you. Submit digital photographs to homecookingcentral@cox.netclearly labeled with your name and the name of your recipe. You may want to submit pictures of yourself, steps in the process of how you assembled the dish and/or the finished product. Let us know who is submitting the recipe even if it some one else's recipe such as your grandmother's or Aunt Sophie's. If you took the recipe from a copyrighted source and then made adaptations that make it your original, we'll be glad to take it. You can mention where you got the idea. Skinny It Down Describe what substitutions you can make in the recipe to lower calories, carbohydrates and fat.
