Delicious and Nutritious Spinach Salad

Grocery List or things you need to be sure you have on hand:
Bagged Spinach, Croutons, Dried Cranberries, 1 apple (of your choice), Sunflower seeds, Green & Red Bell pepper, Smoked Goudam cheese (specialty cheese isle)
Approximate Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ease of Preparation: Very Easy
List of Ingredients
1 bag prewashed spinach
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 C. apple slices
1/3 C. croutons
1/4 C. dried sweetened cranberries
1/8 C. sunflower seeds
1/3 C. smoked goudam cheese, shredded
Directions:  Place entire bag of spinach in a bowl.  Top with bell pepper slices, apple slices and cheese.
Hints, Tips and Variations: This recipe can be doubled for larger groups.  Substitute raisins for cranberries if desired. If you can't find smoked goudam, sharp cheddar tastes great on this salad as well.
Good Cooks Tell All:  I like to use a bit of lemon juice on the apples before adding them to the salad so they retain their color.  For a complete meal add grilled samon.  You'll have a dish that contains a good amount of omega fatty acids, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamins B2 and B6, folate, iron, calcium, protein and fiber!  Wow!
